1. Stand upright and ease the neck with the head held straight forward and upwards to free the joint connecting the head and the neck from tension.
2. Relax your shoulders too and allow your head to float gently and evenly balanced between them to facilitate a more relaxed natural posture.
3. Consider your jaw as well and in case it feels tight, try to ease the tension by letting your tongue lean behind your front teeth.

3. While bending your hands at the elbow, move your arms softly towards your body but making sure they keep a good distance away from the body without distorting the straight line from the elbow to the wrist to the knuckles.
